On September 16, 2016 Mr. Yol Phokasub was officially appointed as President of Central Group, and on August 1, 2018 Mr. Yol took the leadership in Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited as Chief Executive Officer.
On August 13, 2020 Mr. Yol was elected as President of Thailand Retailers Association, and he was elected as Executive Director of The Thai Chamber of Commerce on April 24, 2021. Moreover, Mr. Yol is appointed as Vice-president of Thai Listed Companies Association on 18 August 2021.
Mr. Yol joined SCB in 2007 and he was named President, Executive Committee and Board of Directors until September 2016. With the experience of over 17 years at Unilever Thailand, he was Managing Director at Unifoods (Thailand) and Board Member of Unilever Thailand.
Mr. Yol has formerly served as Advisor to the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), Chairman of the Board of Director of SCB Asset Management Ltd., Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of SCB Life Assurance PLC., Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of VinaSiam Bank, and formerly a Member of the Asia/Pacific Advisory Board of MasterCard Asia/Pacific Pte.Ltd.
