Kattiya Indaravijaya was appointed CEO of KASIKORNBANK (KBank) in 2020. She has broad experience across almost every function of the bank including corporate strategy, credit policy, IT and data analytics, investment banking, retail banking, finance, marketing, and human resources management, and is the first female and first non-family CEO of a top tier bank in South Asia KBank is Thailand’s #2 largest bank in terms of assets, loans, and deposits, with over 31,000 staff in the group and about 830 physical branches. KBank is known for investing in leading-edge technology to offer greater convenience and more services to existing customers, as well as to enable greater access to banking services by Thailand’s large unbanked and underbanked population to support national development. KBank’s mobile banking app (K PLUS) is Thailand’s most successful, with of over 19.3 million users and almost 100 million transactions conducted through the app, daily.
