John Cappuccitti

John Cappuccitti is the co-founder of Canadian cultivated meat company, Evolved Meats. Prior to Evolved, John led early stage deeptech investments at the University of Waterloo’s Velocity Fund and Velocity HealthTech Fund. Prior to joining Velocity, John was both a previous startup founder and a management consultant with The Boston Consulting Group.
